We’re looking for a warm, organized, and wellness-minded Administrative & Wellness Assistant to join our team in Pittsburgh!

If you’re passionate about holistic health, love helping people, and enjoy a calm, creative work environment, this could be the perfect fit.
Hours: Tuesday through Friday, 10:30 AM – 5 PM. No weekends or holidays!

Key Responsibilities:
– Support clients on their wellness journeys through natural solutions and personalized service
– Manage phone, voicemail, and email communications
– Assist with consultation scheduling and coordination
– Help organize inventory and shipping (usually just a few packages daily)
– Post to social media 2–3 times per week
– Assist with newsletters twice per month
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Adobe applications.

This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a pharmacist-led, holistic health environment where education, integrity, and care come first.
