Final Insertion and restoration with Before and After photos

Completed Maxillary screw-retained PFMs with attachments to support the upper partial framework, finishing with full-contour crowns cemented over top of the metal framework!
This allowed the patient to have a final restoration that considered all of the patient's allergies.

Maxillary Removable Metal Framework
Full-Contour Zirconia's crowns that overlay the metal framework and cemented on overtop.

Here are the maxillary and mandibular abutment and restoration design. Maxillary is screw-retained PFMs on CAD Ti Abutments. Mandible is Full-Contour Zirconia with Pink Tissue added.

Here is our first step. Screw-retained denture set-up to establish vertical and bite. Try-in was fast and tricky due to the patients' allergies.

What do you do with a case like this, and no more implants are possible?
This patient is highly allergic to a lot of dental materials and not able to get any more maxillary implants placed due to lack of bone. Composite, acrylic, and peek included in the allergies but not metal.
