Have a little break in July without any soccer tournaments to work so I went on my “recovery” run. There are some built in breaks in this one and I carry hydrate with me 💧.

But no way was I cutting the grass 😂😂😂😂

Flex Friday and leg day! I’ve really maxed out my weights at home,, for my legs anyways 👏👏

So I’ve added things to my leg day. Today was Les Mills Step (its one of my favorites) then a break to get some protein and Beast Up Legs. Finally wrapped up with 3- sixty second sets of knee drop squats with a 15lb PT sandbag.
