Eating healthy, doesn’t have to be complicated, expensive, or feel like a chore. At We Cook We Eat we are changing the narrative of healthy eating one plate one bit at a time by providing nutrition education classes, tied with stem education, so you can fully understand metabolically what is going on in your body and why. The black and brown community is at an extremely high disadvantage than our other counterparts to diseases that are directly correlated to food intake. We are making sure at We Cook We Eat, that we not only eat well, but understand the importance of eating well and how to change this narrative by gardening, eating well, drinking well, and being emotionally and mentally healthy through our nutrition intake.
