This is another exercise that is CLASSIC for being done the wrong way and causing knee/joint pain. In fact, it makes me cringe to see it done the wrong way, because I'm so worried that someone is going to hurt themselves at any moment. Here I demonstrate both the wrong and RIGHT ways to do this.
