How this all started...
I have always found myself using that magical word Balance. Better yet I wanted IT, balance for my life. And it starts with you being #1.

Passionate about empowering women: to think, eat, feel and move better; with fierce presence & huge self-Love ❤️ So I started a journey quite awhile ago to get this balance! (By the way in Sanskrit, the word "Tula" is used to signify balance)

But Then... I started to ask myself...
"Finding Life Balance, is it even possible?"

My answer, No at least not on the outside! Your Life's Balance is an inside job! Take it from me, I tried for years to balance it all: kids, family, house, exercise, work, self-care... I really thought I could figure it all out. I busted my butt and mind trying and when my head hit the pillow at night I felt exhausted and defeated. Then eventually it hit me, Life Balance, there is no such thing. How can anyone balance all the “stuff” that is constantly changing and shifting and occurring in life…? Lining it all up. Getting it all done exactly how it should be done, wrapped up neatly with a bow...Yep not possible! Seeking Life Balance is an inside job that flows into your outside world! An inside job, nourishing…
Your Mind
Your Body
Your Spirit
Your Heart

And I purposely use the word seek because there is nothing “to find”. In this life what your already perfect spirit is experiencing, is a journey, not a destination.
