Friday Flow is a sacred, safe space to open your heart and speak your truth. While our Tuesday gatherings focus on the educational aspect of Womb to World, reflecting on the archetypes and how they live within us. Friday nights are dedicated to presence, vulnerability, and connection. This is a time to share what’s currently unfolding in your life—what feels heavy on your heart or what’s bringing you joy and light. Guiding questions are offered to support your reflection and sharing, but above all, this space is for authentic expression and deep listening. Come to share your heart, or simply to hold space for

Join us for week 5 of The Sage November 11th (link in bio)

Your elder Sage spirit is here to guide and support you in every aspect of your life. She will ground you when you go into overwhelm, clear you of emotional debris, and love you just as you are. The Sage’s intuitive whispers are the catalyst for clarity and change. No longer fear being lost or unsupported. Build your relationship with your inner Sage — light a candle in her honor and open your body as a channel for this peaceful, wise frequency.
Her elemental power is water: softening, surrendering, releasing, and cleansing. She reminds us that every experience contributes to our living tapestry. The Sage is the healer within — the one who digs deep into her emotional process to uncover the soul’s true calling. She knows herself as whole, fluid, and at home in her own skin.”

Reflection Questions:

How would my choices change if I made them from the calm, wise part of me instead of from urgency or fear?

When life feels hard or uncomfortable, do I contract or resist instead of staying open, curious, and compassionate? Can I remember a time when I did/didn’t ?

How have the hard things I’ve been through helped me become wiser or more compassionate? What lessons or strengths have grown out of my pain?

Join us tonight at 6pm for WEEK 4 of the sage (link in bio)

The active and compassionate Sage is guided by her intuitive, resourceful, and calm nature. However, when shadowed, she is unable to tap into her insightful and understanding capacities. In her darkness, the Sage becomes confused and resistant to change. She fears her own success and does not believe in her innate wisdom. The shadowed Sage feeds her inner critic and plays small inside the limiting self-paradigms.
Her unresolved emotional patterns from the past continue to rule her daily existence. She follows others instead of leading from free will and balanced ego. When this shadow arises, the invitation is not to reject it but to become curious — to ask what it is showing, and how it might become a teacher. Through awareness, the Sage learns that even her doubt can guide her home.”

Reflection Questions:
What areas of my life do I shrink or “play small” in?

How does fear of success show up for me?

Where in my life am I ignoring what I already know to be true?

Join us for week 4 of The Sage November 4th at 6pm (link in bio)

When the Sage’s shadow is ruled by emotional debris and unresolved guilt, your creative capacity and intuitive process shut down. The body and mind become vessels of fight, flight, or freeze, and the inner critic grows louder than all else. This may be a coping mechanism learned in childhood or inherited from ancestral pain. The work is to name why it exists — to bring it into light without judgment.
Simply naming our deeper emotional states allows us to recognize why we feel the way we feel. This requires vulnerability and self-acceptance. When we feel trapped in guilt, shame, or grief, our habitual pattern is to repress or dull their impact. But the Sage’s power is in her willingness to feel — to turn toward her emotions and allow them to dissolve into clarity.”

Reflection Questions:
What “emotional debris” from the past might still be influencing me?

Which emotions make me uncomfortable to acknowledge?Where do I judge certain feelings as “wrong,” “too much,” or “not spiritual enough”?

How can I practice vulnerability in a way that feels safe and empowering?

Join us for Week 2 of The Sage tonight at 6-7pm via zoom

The connected Sage no longer fears change. She does not get swept away in life’s dramas or take things personally. Rather, she is connected to vast, mature, and refined inner wisdom. The embodied Sage is the observer of energy, the seer of evolution. She is nonjudgmental yet precisely discerning. She hungers not for power over others, but for a softer, more potent wisdom.
She lives in the balance between listening and speaking, between courageous acts and meditative moments, between comfort in relationship and joy in her aloneness. The Sage understands where to place her awareness and when to not get involved in drama. She walks through life with grace, trust, and inner stability — a living bridge between wisdom and compassion.”

Reflection Questions:

Where am I trying to fix or control something that actually needs space to unfold? Can I trust that insight will arise naturally if I stop forcing outcomes?

How do I experience the tension between speaking and listening?
(The “tension” is that subtle inner pull between:
-Do I speak now or keep listening?
-Am I sharing to serve clarity, or to fill silence?
-When I listen, am I truly open, or waiting to respond?)

In what ways can I find joy in solitude this week?

Join us tonight 6-7pm for our first week of The Sage! (Link in bio)

Our life’s adventures are marked by the crossroads where we experience change. Releasing one way of being invites in another. Sometimes we react from old conditioning; other times we respond from our gut, guided by flashes of intuition that feel fluid and true. The Sage flows with change while staying present to her evolving process. She cultivates a peaceful inner life and shares her visionary wisdom with the world. Like the healing hands of a grandmother, she gathers her current materials and weaves them into her cloak of knowledge.
To connect with the inner Sage requires deep listening and conscious presence. She flows with change while staying rooted in intuitive awareness, gathering her experiences into wisdom. The Sage does not sleep her life into being — she awakens it through attention, discernment, and devotion.”

Reflection Questions:

How do I currently listen for intuitive guidance in my life?

Where do I feel most connected to my “grandmother wisdom”, or The Elder within me? ( In my body? In certain moments? In certain relationships or settings?)

What helps me create enough stillness in my life that I can reflect on what’s happened and turn it into insight — instead of just reacting and moving on to the next thing?
