Sen. Brian Benjamin (D-NY) pre-filed an EDUCATION bill known as “Tanshin’s Law." Here's what it does...

👉 The legislation would grant designated caregivers the ability to administer cannabis to certified patients on school grounds, aboard a school bus, or while attending a school-sponsored event.

👉 The bill would also allow facilities that service people with developmental disabilities to designate caregivers and administer ma*****na to certified patients.

U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) announced she will be running for President in 2020. 🇺🇸

Warren is the LEAD sponsor of the STATES Act, which is legislation that would amend the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) to exempt state-legal ma*****na activity from federal interference and is also aimed at addresses banking access issues for the cannabis industry.

She is also the co-sponsor of the Ma*****na Justice Act, which would remove ma*****na from the CSA and direct federal courts to expunge the criminal records of those previously convicted of a cannabis-related offense.
