Today is Eviction day. I understand the Constable will only doing his job but neither is feeling even feeling 10 - 15 % normal. After 8 months of illegal actions includiñg my being punched in the mouth twice. I am a Retied full time State Constable and this a senior living building. I was certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, not an am amateur an was certified by the State in both Civil and criminal Law. I have published much of the evidenca several times. It is illegal retaliation for. Complaining about 6 months of 4 ceiling leaks that at times raised our apartment temperature to above 90 ° F. My wife was never sever a landlords notice to quit, as a matter of fact she was told by manager that she could stay in the apartment
after I was evicted. My notice to quit expired October 30 2024. The manager " left employed" November 2 2024. We were not offered a hearing with management for a month by the new manager and had to demand it, it's our right. We never were provided with a copy of the lease even we requested several times of the both managers and the District manager. Management to remove the source of the mold even though our clothing and boots were destroyed by mold. We consulted a mold expert and a Doctor diagnosed us suffering from exposure to mold. The mold expert told us we could not take our furniture with us because it was infected with mold spores and we would bring the mold with us. The leaks were on both floors through the building which can cause many respotory and other effects Including CANCER which Many long term residents suffer from. As a matter the tenant who punched me in the mouth twice DIED OF CANCER AND Another tenant IN THE NEXT APARTMENT NOw HAS A STICKER ON HER DOOR " Warning Oxygen in use. I have lost at least 40 pounds since we moved here . There were trees 10 - 20 feet high. A friend pointed out a drone photographing them and the CEO food delivery man told me today he remembers the trees (spreading their roots and
compromising the roof). ITS THE OLD PITTSTON HIGHSCHOOL BUILT IN 1915, AKA AS LINCOLN HEIGHTS SENIOR LIVING OWNED BY MONARCH MANAGEMENT. No Wonder the manager is only present possibly 2 days a week the one maintenance woman for 23 apartments+ is only part time and is often seen outside of the building ! Was the old manager fired or she develop health problems ? makes you wonder 🤔
