We focused on training with intention, slowing things down, dialing in form, pushing weight when it made sense, and keeping nutrition simple and realistic. His goal was to just hit 100lbs of muscle a couple months back (started at 92lbs a year & a half ago) but he ended up hitting more than that within a month & some change from 97lbs! Also, he’s back down into the 15% bodyfat range, which is really lean for his frame! Congrats to Nathan, it’s been a long time coming πŸ’ͺ🏼😀

Muscle gain is progress, it boosts metabolism, supports long-term fat loss, and shows that strength and composition matter more than the number on the scale. Remember, weight includes muscle, water, and bone, etc., not just fat. So don’t panic when the scale doesn’t move, there might be more to the story.
