Lunar New Year is a beautiful celebration of renewal, fresh beginnings, family, gratitude, and hope.

It marks the start of a new lunar cycle — a time to release what no longer serves us and intentionally welcome health, abundance, joy, and peace into the year ahead.

Traditionally, it’s celebrated with loved ones, meaningful meals, red envelopes symbolizing good fortune, and wishes for prosperity — but the heart of the celebration is universal:

-setting intentions

-honoring those we love

-creating moments of togetherness

- choosing optimism for the year ahead

As children, many of us were afraid of the dark, monsters under the bed, or being left alone. While those fears may seem small now, they felt very real back then — and sometimes, pieces of those fears follow us into adulthood.

The truth is: fear is often just unprocessed energy.
When we gently acknowledge where it began, we can start to release it.
