I absolutely LOVED moving with my baby 😭😍❤️
These moments were so priceless... feeling him kick around like he knew I enjoyed doing yoga or exercising with him!!! My journey may have looked super different, I moved differently, felt differently and although not my usual strong self, I felt strong mentally and that's what counted for us 🤰🏾🥰💙

Happy International Yoga Day 🧘🏽‍♀️

One of the valuable lessons yoga taught me was that I may be a teacher... however, I'll always be a student. This journey is rewarding. I'm continually learning, and growing. I wish the same for you....GROWTH! 💖

One of the greatest choices I've made in my life, was becoming a birth doula. I've always been fascinated by the process of birth. I describe it as being part of nature's miracles. Being able to support people emotionally has always been one of my greatest pleasures. Empowering them brings so much light into my life... so much JOY. So being able to educate people about birth plans, pregnancy, postpartum etc. and still be there for them emotionally (the physical is tricky with covid)...THAT totaly blows my mind 🤯🥰❤️
SHOUT OUT to all my fellow doulas out there. You're doing GREAT WORK!

I stand in solidarity and empathy with my Asian brothers and sisters. 👊🏿👊🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿❤❤ . .
PROTECT. ASIAN. LIVES.
On Tuesday, March 16th, eight people, including six Asian women, were shot dead in a shooting spree at three Asian-owned day spas in Acworth & Atlanta in Georgia.

This could have been our grandmothers. Our aunties, our sisters. No more. This needs to end NOW.

Call out Asian racism when you see it. Start holding people accountable NOW so racist behavior and tendencies don't foster within the next generation.

Unlearn the model minority myth, anti-Blackness within the Asian community and xenophobia within the Black community. Donate and support organizations working to support Asian Mental Health.
