Healing can be… picking up a paintbrush again. 🎨
Last weekend I attended a watercolor class with Madhupriya Madhu's Art Nook, and it felt really calming to spend time creating again after many years.
Growing up, art was always around me because my mom was an artist, so reconnecting with watercolor felt very familiar.
Sharing a small piece from the class — a quiet reminder that sometimes the simplest creative moments can feel very grounding.
In many ways, it felt like reconnecting with a small piece of my mom’s world again.
