If it’s just lettuce, yes.
But when you add leafy greens + colorful veggies + plant protein + natural carbs + fresh herbs, it becomes a balanced, energizing meal.

❌ “Salads are bland.”
Flavor doesn’t come from heavy bottled dressings.
It comes from fresh, living ingredients.

Think:
🍋 Lemon or lime
🌿 Cilantro, parsley, or basil
🧄 Raw garlic
🫚 Fresh ginger
🍊 Mango, orange, or apple
🌶 A pinch of chili

No processed oils.

When emotions aren’t acknowledged,
they don’t disappear —
they circulate.

They show up as:
• 3am wake-ups
• Racing thoughts
• Feeling wired but exhausted
• Emotional heaviness

Your mind is not broken.
Your nervous system may just feel overwhelmed.

✨ Reiki Relaxing Tip:

Place one hand on your heart
and one hand on your lower belly.
Close your eyes.
Take 5 slow breaths.

As you inhale, say silently:
“I am safe.”

As you exhale:
“I release.”

This simple self-Reiki practice signals safety to your nervous system.
