30 minutes of movement can sound like a lot… until you break it down. ✅
Here are some simple, realistic ways to get it done during work or at home:
• Set a timer: 3 minutes of movement every hour (walk, stretch, squats)
• 10-min walk before work + 10 at lunch + 10 after work
• Walk during phone calls/meetings
• Take the stairs instead of the elevator
• Take a walk during your lunch break
• March in place while you watch TV (or during commercials)
• Dance/clean for 20 + 10-min walk
• Quick circuit: body squats, wall push-ups, lunges, jumping jacks
