So ive been wanting to lose weight but not excited about the prospect of having to cut calories (i love food), do a bunch of exercises, and spend a bunch of time and energy to achieve it. But im super excited to say that i lost almost 10 lbs in less than 2-weeks using the MFM 10-S Method! It was amazingly simple. Comment below if u wanna lose weight in a new revolutionary way :)

I was doing some spring cleaning and ran across these nostalgic pics of me and my first clinic...the one that failed.

The timestamp is 5/5/1997. I look so happy. And so does my moms. It was great times.

The journey of starting a practice can be very exciting. Little did I know what I was in for (and what was going to happen).

I think the pictures are hilarious looking at them now. I made so many mistakes. I used my moms as a model for an advertisement I was doing. She looks so happy helping her son.
