Unfortunately, I will no longer be taking appointments. I sustained a wrist injury from a poorly placed cortisone injection in September. I took a month off, completed occupational therapy, and lightened my workload.

However, I wake up some mornings unable to grip things or move my wrist without pain. This not only makes doing everyday tasks difficult, but it also makes it impossible for me to massage enough horses to make a living. I must accept that, as much as I love what I do, it is no longer a viable career at this time.

I appreciate all of my clients and their lovely horses. You guys are the best. I will make sure to find a local massage therapist I can recommend to pick up where I left off. Feel free to message me with any questions you may have.

NO APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE UNTIL MID-NOVEMBER. Due to a wrist injury and my physical therapist's insistence, I will not be taking on any more appointments at this time. If all goes well with physical therapy, I should start taking appointments after the 12th of November.

$15 // 25-50 Mile Radius
$30 // 50-75 Mile Radius
$45 // 75-100 Mile Radius
100+ Miles // PLEASE INQUIRE
Travel fee may be split among clients within the same barn, and is waived after 4 horses.

I love my regulars, but there is something so exciting about meeting new horses. I get to learn how they communicate what they need, help them to relax, and provide much needed relief. It's a very gratifying experience.

This past week, I spent 5 days in West Palm Beach at the Animal Rehab Institute doing a live lab for my Equine Massage Therapist certification. I learned more than I ever expected and am now Kelsie Emerson, EMFT, CEMT! I can't wait to put everything I have learned into practice.
