We've seen it all when it comes to how people respond to GLP1's and the habit
changes that occur. GLP-1 medications can be incredibly effective tools for weight loss
and metabolic health.

They work by helping regulate appetite signals, slowing gastric emptying, and helping
you feel full with smaller portions.

But when appetite drops significantly, some unexpected habits can start to appear.
We see people unintentionally doing things like:
