January 1, 2021 was the day I bet on myself. I took a leap of faith and started my private practice and today I’m celebrating 5 years in business.

Five represents:
✨ Growth
✨ Refinement
✨ Expansion
✨ Courage
✨ Stability

What began in obedience has grown into impact. I built this practice while learning how to be a mother for the first time. I built it during late nights, early mornings, and in-between feedings. I built it while stretching, healing, and evolving myself.

And I am so proud of the woman who started but even prouder of the woman who is leading now.
