I have heard a lot of folks talking about 72-hour fasts lately.

That is great for the body, but my mind just took me through an unplanned mental fast.

Since 01:00 Easter morning, I have been running at a pace most couldn't handle. 50 hours of hysterical laughter—reviewing my own life on video until my gut ached—and nearly 180 hours awake."

My Military Intel training taught me how to find clarity when the body is redlining.

As a Death Doula, I see people running out of time every day.

I wear four watches—some move, some are frozen—because I know the truth about time.

Most people sing about having "time on their hands

I choose to master it.

Be careful what you ask for.

When you ask to be like a follower of Jesus, you might just become a wanderer.

I’m standing here today with a walking stick and a 25-cent scarf I bought in Canada years ago.

I didn't know why I bought it then, but I know now—it’s my prayer shawl for the road ahead.

The clarity is coming back.

New things are beginning.
