Happy last day of 2025! It has been an amazing year!

I went out on my own again and I’m collab’ing with some amazing women!

My health is steadily getting better and better and I’m living my best life!

Thank you all for trusting in me with your care and healing! Thank you for once again voting me “best massage therapist!” I always say I don’t do the massage, you do! I am just the conduit!

I am honored by you all once again!

🌟 Happy National Retinol Day! 🌟
While I do not pretend to know anything about skincare (I have my esti girls for that) I will say as I get older, I'm noticing those fine lines in new places, so it has me thinking about moisturizers more. I see a lot faces and whenever I see an older woman with beautiful tight skin with minimal or no lines and wrinkles, I ask them what they do and 9 times out of 8 they tell me they have used either Olay or Mary Kay since they were 20. There has to be something to it that right?

Sooooo..... this girl just went and spent an hour while (Steve was patiently waiting) reading all the labels and what they do and man was it a bit overwhelming. I ended up grabbing an anti-aging set - Cleaner, day cream, and night cream- let's see if I age backwards now!

While I love a good facial, I don't often have time or money to do that regularly. What do you do for your skin? Do you have a routine? Come on, share with your girl!

Right now, Steven and I have been hooked on chicken wings. They are easy and quick to make in the air fryer so that is always a plus. Not to mention not being able to eat much, yummy crispy wings always feel like a feast for me!
