I’m excited to share something I’ve been working toward for the past year — I’m officially a MindBodyGreen Certified Health Coach! The program specialized in functional nutrition, habits, mindset, and movement. I learned from the top doctors, registered dietitians, and experts in the industry.
Over the past year, I’ve also been creating and personally following the exact framework that inspired my new program. By focusing on mindset, walking, habits, and anti-inflammatory nutrition, I’ve lost 20 pounds, become stronger, reduced inflammation, improved my sleep, and completely changed my daily routines and energy.
Because of this transformation, I’m excited to introduce my new program:
The 6-Week Vitality Reset
This course is designed to help you rebuild the foundations of your health through mindset shifts, supportive habits, and simple systems that work in real life. The course is in a platform that can be used as an app or website.
Inside the program we cover:
• Mindset & Identity – daily affirmations, discovering your “why,” and goal planning
• Building Routines – creating sustainable morning and evening routines
• Habit Formation – habit stacking, habit tracking, and supporting habits
