Meet Amnda - the best lymphatic massage specialist in Walnut Creek! Every session I have done with her has felt AMAZING and the before and afters below speak for themselves. Both pictures were taken on the same day before and after a one hour treatment. My favorite is her 90 minute treatment for face + body.

2026 is the year we all fix our posture! is the posture expert behind this 1 month transformation for me. I followed her 10 minute daily posture therapy videos on Patreon and I also have her full online studio membership.

She is such a beautiful human and an expert at what she does. she is a single mom and business owner who is making the world a better place by helping everybody age gracefully and feel better.

1 month of daily posture training with Dawnelle using her Agedefy progam!

This was hard to post because my posture/tech neck hump is definitely one of my biggest insecurities. It has actually gotten a lot better over the years of working with Dawnelle but I never took pictures.

One of my 2026 goals is to fix my posture once and for all, so I committed to doing daily 10 minute posture training using her Patreon posture therapy videos. I also have taken her advice and ditched a pillow for sleep. I sleep flat on my back in perfect alignment.

It is so easy to incorporate every day and I feel so much better already! Can't wait to see how it continually improves this year.
