We are excited to announce that we will officially re-open Monday, May 18th. Here are some changes we have made to help keep us and you safer in our facility:
- In accordance with the IDPH for COVID-19 and the CDC: if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, fever/chills, muscle pain, sore throat, and new loss of taste or smell), please reschedule your appointment.
- We will not allow anyone in our facility that is visibly ill. If you or anyone you have been in contact with has had a presumed or confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis within the past 14 days, please reschedule your appointment.
- Masks will be required for all services at this time (we will also be wearing them so we can all smile with only our eyes together).
- Please remain in your vehicle until we wave you inside.
- If possible, only bring yourself to the appointment. We understand that may not always be an option, but we are trying to maintain the recommended guidelines for social distancing and gathering.
- We have a new form for you to sign prior to your appointment. We will provide a clean pen to use or you are welcome to bring your own.
- We have removed all reading materials, pens, toys, and business/appointment cards from the facility. A clean pen and/or business/appointment cards will be provided as needed.
- We will be taking your temperature (touchless) upon arrival.
- We have placed plexiglass around our front desk area.
- We ask that you either wash your hands upon entry or use the provided hand sanitizer prior to any service.
- We will only be accepting credit cards at this time: no cash or checks. We love your money, but we'd rather not touch it.
- We have updated our cleaning and disinfection protocols to include all hard surfaces, all therapy and/or treatment tables, high-touch areas, handles/doorknobs, and bathrooms.
- We have removed 2 of the 4 chairs in the waiting room to allow for proper distancing of 6 ft.
- We will not be offering water after massage therapy, so please bring your own and leave it in your vehicle. It's still necessary, but we cannot currently provide it.
- SALT therapy will not be offered at this time, but we will let you know as soon as we are able to schedule.
- And last but not least, we are so excited to see you again and hear about how you spent your quarantine, but please be brief. We have had to lengthen time between appointments to allow for cleaning. The longer we spend chatting, the less time we have to clean and subsequently, take care of all of you. Please be considerate of others and us. We are working longer hours and additional days to fit everyone in as quickly as possible.
