Sensed Dexter needed some healing. I was def right. He’s been off lately and going through something. I helped him let it go and he seems much more content afterwards. In the sunshine of yesterday afternoon, I gave Missy some much needed reiki energy healing. Horses are so sensitive they can sense our energies from around 30 feet away!

She came as close as she’d allow and I sent her reiki on her 3 main chakra points: Head, Heart & Hara. She stood so still which meant for me that she knew what I was giving her and was absorbing the amazing energy.

She is a rescue with a traumatic past so getting her to even come to me like this has been a challenge but she is slowly adjusting to her new home and learning to trust. Each time I send her reiki she is getting used to the feeling of love, compassion and healing energy. The more she receives the more her nervous system will understand what is happening. The same for us humans!

My boys & I went to a Crystal Festival here in Ogden, UT! There were so many beautiful stones, gems, crystals and more. Pretty much wanted everything. lol 😆 Come take a stroll with us and see some of the stuff we looked at! 💎

For the last 7 years, I have seen the repeating numbers of 222. It’s started after I lost a grandmother. Then it continued even stronger when I lost my stepfather. The numbers will show up randomly…or so I think. Is it random? Or is it a meaningful sign that I’m in the right place or have done the best thing for myself or someone else? I believe there is meaning to most things in the world if you are open to the energy that surrounds and moves in and around us.

Yesterday, I got this 222 at the perfect moment. It doesn’t always happen that way. But when it does, it hits ya hard and tugs on those heartstrings. It was the confirmation. The validation I needed.

Do you ever see repeating numbers? Or other signs?

I’d love to know I’m not the only one! 😉
