Come with me to stretch on this Saturday morning! With the Utah weather all over the place with snow one day and sun the next my chronic illness body has been out of whack!

When I stretch I don’t have a plan. Just what I’ve learned along the way and what my body tells me I need.

I’m in a 200 hr yoga training and it’s taking me longer to go through it all due to the fact that I’m recovering still from a couple bulging discs in my lower back that acted up last April. I went to PT over last summer and just have been laying low. I am slowly getting back into the stretching and yoga training.

My focus on yoga will be to make sure my poses are consistent and correct. You don’t have to be super duper flexible for yoga. Its intent. Being comfortable with your body as it is. Working towards self love and mental clarity. And most importantly breathing.

Once I am certified to teach, I want to help anyone and everyone to know they can be yoga not just do yoga.

I did an impromptu Reiki Session for one of my orange tabby cats named Bo. He hopped up on the bed and he seemed like he was in need of some extra love & healing.

Watch for the sign towards the end that he was all done! Comment if you notice it and I’ll let you know if you’re correct!

Energy healing has become an every day part of my life! More like 24/7! Tonight I did 3 distance reiki sessions in a row and just loved every minute. I’ve started wearing a mask because when I am sending the reiki, I’ve started seeing images and colors. It’s so awesome! So it’s nice to just have a dark background for that and not have light coming in.

Here for you near and far! Energy doesn’t know time or space!

And the last photo is Dexter & I. He is usually right there when I’m sending light & love. He’s my soul kitty! 💫

I recently went to a friends home to perform a Sound Bath Meditation! It was magical and in such an intimate setting, it really became such a meaningful experience for them and me. Their kids were there and everyone were really relaxed and felt lighter afterwards.

This glorious rainbow appeared and then disappeared as I was taking a video and photos. It was so beautiful and meaningful to me yesterday morning. I hope you all get to see a rainbow when you need it the most!! 🌈
