Behind the scene of a full body Reiki energy healing session for my husband. We opted just for informal on the bed which is always an option for my clients. This was a great session for him and he released a lot!

Each flow for my clients is different depending on what your body and energetic field is telling me. It’s an amazing experience and animals especially love it too!

April’s Soundbath & Reiki Meditation went amazing today! We zoned in onto the Heart Chakra and how it’s “the bridge” that connects the lower chakras & upper chakras together. The release was deep and beautiful!

Thank you to all who came. It was an honor to play for you!

Through guided visualization, soothing sounds of crystal sound bowls, chimes, gong, etc, and Reiki energy healing, you’ll be supported in releasing tension held in the heart space & restoring connection throughout the entire body.

Bring a pillow/blanket/yoga mat, water & an open heart.

It’s Spring Break and it’s rainy. I love the rain and it’s time for rest. Dexter hasn’t been feeling well so he’s been super cuddly and wanting healing energy often. ✨

I’ve realized I’ve been on the go go go again and Dexter is reminding me to slow down and rest. As I’ve been resting, the sleep is deep and I find that I’ve been pushing myself a bit too much. That’s okay. I’m only human. 💫

Our animals and pets have so much to show us if we slow down and listen. They truly are majestic beings ✨
