Finding less time to record and edit workout videos. But they are happening. It’s been get to the gym, workout, and on to the next activity/responsibility. Most of the workouts are with my son, so heavy emphasis on football related movements
Current workout schedule:
Sunday- Nogi BJJ and striking
Monday- Speed, quickness, and agility
Tuesday- Power full body and boxing
Wednesday- football technique and then nogi BJJ
Thursday- Morning: gi and nogi BJJ Evening: Speed, quickness, and agility
Friday- Hypertrophy
Saturdays- Strength full body
Unlimited access to and it only being five minutes from my house is what makes this schedule possible.
