The sourdough journey continues!
Like any food journey, we’ve been through some trial and error. However, the imperfect loaves taste pretty great! Still chasing those airy pockets and a lighter crust.
Trying anything new takes learning, adjusting, and celebrating progress over perfection. Each loaf might look a little different, but the process is full of care and intention.
