Winter Retreat in Wolfeboro, NH —
A Day to Restore, Reflect & Reconnect

Winter has truly settled in here in New Hampshire. On colder days, we find ourselves pausing to appreciate the warmth of the sun when it appears — breathing in crisp air, slowing down, and letting our bodies soften into the season.

If you’re feeling the weight of winter and craving a gentle reset, we invite you to join Shelley Snodgrass Robinson and Wendy Hills for a Day-Long Winter Retreat on Saturday, February 21st in Wolfeboro, NH.

We’ve created a nourishing, soul-warming day of:
-Gentle, restorative yoga
-Seasonal plant-based foods that support winter energy & wellness
-Journaling and quiet reflection
-Creating your own personal mandala — a meditative art practice symbolizing wholeness
-Crafting a custom warming spice blend to take home

A mandala is a Sanskrit word meaning “circle” or “sacred center.” Through color, shape, and pattern, you’ll create a piece that reflects your inner landscape — a calming, mindful practice you don’t need any art experience to enjoy.

This retreat is an invitation to rest, reflect, create, and be lovingly cared for — body and spirit.

I’ve been hearing from many of you that it is hard to eat healthy on the winter and that you are craving fresh vegetables.

Here are a few things that we’ve been eating at our house and as you can see, there are a great deal of fresh veggies here.

Tips:
-Keep it simple.

-Think outside of the box: breakfast doesn’t have to be “breakfast “ foods. Build an avocado toast.

-Utilize your local farmers: in the Plymouth area? Shop Local Foods Plymouth. I’ve also seen many winywr farmers markets, take advantage of them and suppoey local.

Looking for inspiration? We’ve created recipes using local ingredients that make meal time easy.
