When you choose to optimize your hormones, it will changeeverything.

We hear all the time from couples who do our program how it has transformed their relationships.❤️

When you can be your best self, you can be the best version for others.💪

Traditional medicine hasn’t been working for a very long time.

Here are the 3 reasons why:

Insurance isn’t in the business of prevention.

A doctor/medical practitioner can’t bill insurance for feeling terrible all the time.

Doctors are afraid to think outside the range of what they know. With malpractice insurance hanging over their head and many other red tape measures, doctors feel trapped and afraid.

The “new normal” for men’s testosterone levels are lower than ever.

Whether it’s food, lifestyle, or a combination of both, it’s not looking good for men’s health.

When DHEA levels aren’t optimized so will your cortisol levels suffer too.👎🏻

Heres some of the side effects you can experience with unoptimized cortisol levels.

Low cortisol levels (hypocortisolism):

• Extreme fatigue or chronic tiredness — often the most prominent symptom, making everyday activities feel exhausting.
• Muscle weakness — along with reduced strength, aches, or difficulty with physical tasks.
• Unintentional weight loss — frequently accompanied by loss of appetite and sometimes nausea or abdominal pain.

High cortisol levels (hypercortisolism):

• Weight gain, especially in the face (moon face), abdomen, and upper back (with thin arms/legs) — often with a buffalo hump between the shoulders.
• Easy bruising, thin skin, and purple/pink stretch marks — particularly on the abdomen, hips, thighs, or breasts.
• Muscle weakness — especially in the upper arms and thighs, due to muscle breakdown over time.

“Normal” is not healthy, nor is it optimal.

Unfortunately, due to the fact that many individuals in America are unhealthy their results get clumped into what “normal biomarker ranges” look like.

We all experience stress. It’s normal and healthy.

Sometimes due to our hormones being out of balance may cause chronic physiological stress.

Our bodies are trying to perform at its normal routine, but can’t due to hormones being un optimized.👎🏻

This is treatable. When you sit down with Matt or Amy, they go over all of the bio markers that could be contributing to your physiological stress.😎💪🏻

When your thyroid is off so are you.

Your thyroid hormone helps control your metabolism and energy use.

Even if your levels say “normal” that may not always be optimal for you!😎💪🏻

Too many people wait on their hormone health.👎🏻

It’s easier to prevent decline than it is to fix it 30 years later.

Start by getting your bloodwork done so you can gage where you need to be to plan ahead!💪🏻😎
