Today, we pause to recognize a day that means a lot to us, because it celebrates someone who means even more.
Today marks Amanda’s one-year anniversary at Xavier, and it’s incredible how much one person can change a place for the better.

Amanda, from day one, you came in with a spirit that changed the energy in the room. You didn’t just do your job, you cared. You cared about the people, the work, the mission, and the little things most people overlook. You’re the person who checks in, who listens, who steps up even when it isn’t easy. And that matters more than you know.

This year brought challenges none of us expected. We had tough days, tough decisions, and moments that could’ve made anyone walk away. But you didn’t. You stayed, you fought through it with us, and you kept showing up, maybe not physically but emotionally, mentally, and with your full heart. That says everything about your character.

You’ve made people feel valued. You’ve lifted the team when spirits were low. You’ve been patient when things weren’t perfect. You’ve been honest, loyal, kind, and incredibly strong, even when you didn’t realize it.

Amanda, your impact here is bigger than the job you do. It’s in the way you make people feel seen. It’s in the way you turn chaos into calm. And it’s in the way you’ve become family to every single one of us.

We appreciate you more than words can show, not just as an employee, but as a person we’re grateful to know.

🎄 Our Fill the Truck Toy Drive is doing great! We’re just about halfway to our goal with a little under a month to go — and we plan to go crazy finishing strong!

We’re just about to wrap up this project, and it’s hard to beat the view from here. The space comes together perfectly with the lake in the background, a great reminder of why we love what we do. It’s been all about blending function with a setting that already does most of the talking.
