I will be out of town Wednesday to Sunday, I am attending the largest Chiropractic convention in the world to get my continuing education credits.
Also, it was brought to my attention that some of my hashtags have led to some less than professional and questionable material. That's why it's important to go to a reputable licensed professional.

This is the philosophy behind Chiropractic.
The body has a God given innate ability to heal itself. The healing comes from above down and inside out.
The brain is the Master Computer and it uses the nervous system to communicate to the body. This communication is critical
This communication happens unless there is an interference. This interference is called a Subluxation.
The simplest way to describe a Subluxation is a misalignment in your spine that "pinches" a nerve or nerves, which interferes with that communication between the brain and body.
A Chiropractic Adjustment can correct the Subluxation. Restoring that communication and allowing your body to heal.
Depending how long you've had that Subluxation determines whether you need 3 adjustments or 12 adjustments or something in between.
Consider adding Chiropractic to your health care team.

Happy New Year!
Here's a little more about Activator Methods.
The Activator accomplishes the same adjustment as a manual (hands on) adjustment.
The thrust with the hands is 80 milliseconds, where the Activator thrust is 1-2 milliseconds. Therefore, your muscles don't have time to resist the adjustment with Activator.
Finally , there is an Activator Technique ( system of analysis ) that when used with the Activator gets the best results.
