At Beloved Heart Birth Services my goal is to help educate, advocate, and empower women during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. I am a childbirth educator, advocate, activist, feminist, wife, and mother to two amazing children. I will be offering three different courses: Childbirth Education classes, Diet & Healthy Lifestyle, Sexuality & Sex Education.

I am often floored when I hear folks say that their primary care provider during and discouraged or didn’t allow them to hire a . Doulas provide families with education, physical and emotional support on their own terms. They don’t have an agenda other than to support the family where they are.
