In order to be eligible for no out-of-pocket costs COVID testing you must meet at least one of the CDC guidelines listed below:

-Have symptoms of COVID-19
-Have had close contact (within 6 feet for a total of 15 minutes or more) with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19
-Have taken part in activities that put you at higher risk for COVID-19 because you cannot socially distance as needed, such as travel, attending large social or mass gatherings, or being in crowded indoor settings.
-Been asked or referred to get testing by your healthcare provider, local or state health department.
-Currently living in an area with known community spread.
