On the subject of the colder temperatures, we found this on Amazon. EZ pop up for winter, and if you do not need in spring put it away in storage. We added this for that purpose, and with a tiny space heater it worked great for the first freeze.

Thanks to Shannon, my succulent greenhouse is now fully prepared with insulation around the metal base and insulating mats on the lower decking, and I believe we are ready for round 2 next week!

For those of you who have been busy and not following the weather...lows Sunday night 35 degrees and very windy. Monday night for our area 26 degrees and frost. Bring in those patio plants, cover tender plants with frost blankets, and keep greenhouses warm! (Of course don't forget your people, pets, and pipes).

Absolutely wonderful day in Laurel, we met so many incredible people as usual! ❤️. A huge thank you to everyone!

Taking tomorrow to recuperate, and then preparing for our rummage sale at 333 Spring Hill Road, Poplarville for Saturday, Oct 18th. For the rummage sale we will have some very reduced plants, 50-60% off, and on other side some plants, shrubs, etc at full, yet very affordable prices!

PLEASE look for the rummage sale signs by mailbox, 333 is on mailbox, however, Google GPS says we live on corner of MA Baxter and Spring Hill, we do not! 8:00am-til? Please no early birds! 😉

After this weekend, we are taking time to spend time with our loved ones, and focusing on Spring, 2026!
