Spiritual Growth and Reiki Healing Touch

One of the best things about Reiki is that it can dramatically enhance spiritual growth. We are so much more than a physical body living in a material world. We, humans, are also large light and information bodies that are intricately and deeply connected to one another. Reiki channeled energy has the remarkable ability to guide our awareness to these sometimes-forgotten parts of ourselves. When this happens, we can often begin to ponder things like our true nature, our life's purpose, and our true identities. At this moment a powerful journey can begin.

Reiki Can Heal Your Life

I heard this profound message while taking a Reiki Master class with William Lee Rand, Founder, and CEO of The International Center for Reiki. Now, as I journey in life with Reiki as my guide, teacher, and healer, I know these words to be true. Reiki can indeed heal your life. And - the more I heal with Reiki and other healing arts, the more I realize just how much healing my daily life needs. With Reiki, I feel more nourished than I ever thought possible, more at peace, and more truly connected to all people, and all things. For the first time in my existence, I feel like I belong here, wherever here is.

And so, if you are in need of some healing, or if you just want to feel more nourished, more peaceful, and more connected, consider the powerful, yet gentle, healing touch of Reiki.

Visualization to Release Fear and Introduce Healing

"The flow begins in the celestial realms of watching as the crystalline river comes through the beginning of time and space and flows down through the crown chakra opening through the third eye down through the face…down through into the third chakra…down into the center of the heart… through the torso into the hips and down as the river flows through each side of each leg…down into the core, into the heart of the mother, into the divine flow of opening."

This is a river of energy that is crystalline charged. I must choose the river. I must choose light energy.
Use this visualization just before you go to sleep because all healing takes place in the body at night, while the conscious mind cannot interfere.
