Tomorrow, therapist Emily Gibson, MS, LPCC will be onsite to lead patrons through a relaxing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, drums, and chimes. Reduce stress and enjoy this meditative experience of immersing yourself in sound waves developed to promote positive energy and a deep sense of relief. **Bring a yoga mat and any other materials you feel you may need (towels, blankets, pillows) to comfortably lay on the ground for up to one hour.** No Registration Required.
