The studio continues to be a special place for yoga and beyond. ✨✨✨

This past weekend these four walls had a first just like these beautiful girls: Homecoming! ✨✨✨

Did you know over the past 8 years the studio has held baby showers, wedding showers, wedding ceremonies, birthday parties, celebration of life, benefits, graduation parties, photo shoots, dance rehearsals, now pre homecoming and thousands and thousands of yoga classes. ✨✨✨

These sure are some special brick walls that has been filled with so much love. ❤️

PHY birthday weekend starts with spending time in nature! 🌳 Join Diane for class Saturday, Sept 27th at 9am! Diane is also the owner of Owl Pines Nature Center. She will guide you through a nature walk right outside the studio doors followed by a yoga classes inside the studio!
This class is great for all! 🌳

Join Jana for yoga and foam rolling at 9am, Friday Sept. 26th. No experience necessary. We will provide foam rollers for use during class, just dress comfy and let’s take care of our bodies!
