Over the last 3 decades, Leanne Polhill has dedicated her career to hearing health; enhancing the lives of the thousands she’s had the privilege of working with. She believes that everyone's situation is unique, and takes an individualized approach to hearing care. Leanne is ready to help you on your way to better hearing and a better quality of life. Elizabeth Friia is a third-generation hearing aid specialist and takes pride in continuing a tradition of excellence in hearing healthcare. Born and raised in the Daytona Beach area, Elizabeth is committed to serving its residents and caring for their hearing health. Beyond work, she finds immense joy in spending quality time with her husband and son. Whether you're seeking expert guidance on hearing solutions or simply want to learn more about how to improve your hearing health, we're here to assist you every step of the way.

🌟 Meet Lori! 🌟

Lori grew up in Brewer, Maine, and received her bachelor’s at the University of Maine, Orono. She graduated from New England Law in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1984, and practiced law there until moving to Florida in 1992. She then practiced family law from 1994 until now, when she retired (mostly!) before joining Encore Hearing Care as our Patient Care Coordinator.
Lori loves being with her family and working at the same time. Working with her sister and her family in their businesses is so rewarding; she wants to be helpful and ease some of the burden on them. With our team, she answers the phone and greets patients to the practice, scans files, and completes ad hoc requests to help her team members however she can. Outside of work, Lori likes gardening and reading.

🌟 Meet Laura! 🌟

Laura grew up in South Florida and attended the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern University.
During her freshman year of college, she volunteered with the VA and Assisted Facilities, which showed her the challenges in quality of life that people with hearing loss, balance disorders, and neurological declines face each day. She knew then that she wanted to help make a change in people’s lives.
She most enjoys providing hope for her patients, improving their quality of life and reconnecting them to the sounds they’re missing.
Outside of the office, Laura likes to spend time with her husband, go on road trips, swim, and get Dairy Queen blizzards.
