Wired Stone Creations For me, wire-wrapping crystal stones is all about showcasing the stone's own natural beauty by allowing the wire to frame the stone, not cover it up.

I am passionate about making pendants that people can wear simply to feel beautiful when they wear them, but also for the healing properties associated with certain crystals. I do not profess to be an expert on the healing powers of all crystals, but if you have an interest in a particular area, please ask, I will certainly find the answer for you.

Williamsite wire wrapped in patina’d copper. Measures approx 3 inches.

Williamsite is a variety of antigorite that is translucent or semi-transparent. This stone was named in honor of the man who first discovered it—19th-century mineral collector L.W.Williams. It’s a very pretty variety of serpentine and looks like it’s either jade or chrysoprase although it isn’t.
