the seed has been planted

I watch, I see, I feel
I breathe, I remember, I listen
I am watching without judgement
I am listening without identifying
I am feeling without attaching
I am breathing
Always breathing
My breath is me and we are now
My monkey mind is a trip
She gets my goat,
She pushes my buttons,
She provokes my desires,
She takes me up, down and around
But I return to my breath
I remember to remember
And in that moment
I Am.
