❤️ FINISH STRONG FRIDAY | Everyday Heroes Among Us
A story out of Tennessee shows us just how powerful training can be. While shopping at a store in Cookeville, a young man went into sudden cardiac arrest⚡️. A CPR instructor—who had reluctantly agreed to the shopping trip—was nearby and sprang into action. He gave chest compressions until paramedics arrived and credited the CPR with saving not only the man’s life, but his brain🧠.
