Spring is the time of renewal.
🌸
So we tend to our gardens and bloom where we are planted.
And with the season of growth, I am inspired to continue growing my movement practice.
In the midst of a busy life and full schedule it is so easy to forget to take time to take care of oneself. As the seasons change, I am letting this be a reminder for me to make more time for the things that make my heart bloom. For me, that happens through movement: dancing, stretching, sharing movement with others.
