Just outside of Antigua, Guatemala is Finca Retana,

One of the oldest farms in the Sacatepéquez region. Its history dates back to the 18th century. This was one of the very first farms our co-founder visited nearly 15 years ago and has worked with the farms manager every year.

Bright acidity and velvety texture. Notes of orange zest, agave honey, and a light floral touch. A great profile our future medium roast, soon to hit the shelves of !
