Have you ever been told that you shouldn’t drink your calories, and thought, “But I can’t live without my espresso martini!”? 🍸
Or how about all of the noise about going to the gym six days a week? Has your internal monologue been, “Ugh, but where’s the time? It isn’t even fun anyway!”? 😫
You want to lose weight but have been told you shouldn’t go out to eat, even though you’re thinking: “, “But it’s fun! And see my friends! And… it’s super delicious.” 🍝
Or maybe you’ve been told that you shouldn’t eat after 8pm and you thought, “Does wine count??? Because I love my evening wine!’ 🍷
We don’t like the sound of any of those “shoulds” either. Those rules that THEY have placed on us have made you think that you can never be healthy just because you don’t like the gym, you love your coffee, and you want your wine too much.
❌So you know what we’re doing? We are saying “F**K THAT!” to all of it.
In the past you have said that you love it all too much that you could never give it up. And now? YOU DON’T HAVE TO!
