Therapist identity evolves over time shaped by training, supervision, workplace culture, and lived experience. Like a plant moving through seasons of rooting, pruning, and blossoming, our professional identity requires intention, reflection, and supportive conditions to grow.

Held in April, this springtime training embraces the season as an invitation to intentionally blossom. Spring is a time of emergence, when what has been rooting beneath the surface begins to take visible shape. Through guided reflection and Nature-informed experiential practices, participants will clarify what feels authentic, what feels inherited, and how to cultivate a more grounded, sustainable therapist identity aligned with who they are becoming.
