Rediscover the joy of effortless movement and maintain your independence with Move Well. This 8-client, small-group class is specifically designed for seniors looking to improve their quality of life through enhanced balance, functional strength, and joint mobility. Led by CPT Celia Melanson and Chiropractor/CPT Dr. Alex Romano, this class blends clinical expertise with personalized fitness training. We focus on building a resilient body by targeting the specific muscle groups and movement patterns required for daily tasks—getting up from a chair, navigating stairs, and walking with confidence.

What to Expect: A supportive, encouraging, and safe environment. We move together mirroring the movements demonstrated by the coach (Celia or Alex). Equipment will include but is not limited to: benches, chairs, stability poles, low-mid weight dumbbells, resistance bands, mini bands, TRX suspension trainers, and stability pads. These classes are perfect for active seniors of all levels, those looking to improve balance, and individuals seeking to stay independent and pain-free.

The Menopause Formula: An 8-week small group program focusing on building strength, addressing bone density, supporting recovery, and building a foundation for wellness before, during and after menopause. The program will be guided by Sage Murnane, CPT, and will include a pre-assessment, mid-point check-in, and post-assessment to track progress. The small 6-client group will meet twice weekly for 1-hour strength sessions, and weekly check-ins will be done online. Open to existing TFL and new clients. Total 8-week program price is $695. A 30-minute in-person pre-assessment must be scheduled prior to the session start date by emailing: info@formlabfitness.com or by calling: 207.742.8359. Mid-point and post-assessments will be scheduled over the course of the 8-week program.

Session 1: April 6th - June 1st (no session on Memorial Day), : Mondays & Wednesdays 12pm-1pm

Session 2: June 9th - July 30th : Tuesdays & Thursdays 7am-8am

*Clients registered for Session 1 may continue into Session 2 by pre-registering for both or registering for Session 2 later (space permitting). We are also accepting new clients for session 2
