This 8-client, small-group class is specifically designed for seniors looking to improve their quality of life through enhanced balance, functional strength, and joint mobility. Led by CPT Celia Melanson and Chiropractor/CPT Dr. Alex Romano, this class blends clinical expertise with personalized fitness training. We focus on building a resilient body by targeting the specific muscle groups and movement patterns required for daily tasks—getting up from a chair, navigating stairs, and walking with confidence.
What to Expect: A supportive, encouraging, and safe environment. We move together mirroring the movements demonstrated by the coach (Celia or Alex). Equipment will include but is not limited to: benches, chairs, stability poles, low-mid weight dumbbells, resistance bands, mini bands, TRX suspension trainers, and stability pads. These classes are perfect for active seniors of all levels, those looking to improve balance, and individuals seeking to stay independent and pain-free.
