IRCO Wellbeing Services

We use a peer-support model to develop services that are tailored to each of IRCO's cultural hubs.

Our goal is to provide culturally and linguistically specific, trauma-informed, strength-based services that foster individual and communal well-being.

Two exciting things to share: 1. We've changed our name to Wellbeing Services to reflect our broader focus on holistic wellbeing for the communities we serve. 2. We're hiring for two positions, Program Coordinator/Peer Supervisor and Wellbeing Services Manager! We are looking for compassionate, driven, creative, culturally competent individuals to fill these positions. Please share our post with anyone who might be a good fit. IRCO and the Oregon Health Authority are doing research on to***co use, cessation, and prevention among youth in Oregon. This interest survey will help us determine your eligibility to participate in the focus group study. During the study, participants will meet in groups, where they will answer a series of questions about to***co. Food will be provided, and at the end of the study each participant will receive $100.
