Benefiting the Maine Coast Fishermen’s Association, raising funds to support the Portland working waterfront after the December fire.

This is for all bodies. All levels. All experience (including none). Expect deep stretching, gentle movement, and a space to relax your mind and body.

Sliding scale donation: truly no minimum. Come as you are, give what you can.

Benito loves your arms and so should you. 📣

I can’t tell you how often I hear someone say, “I hate my (enter body part here)”

You can’t hate your body into changing. Change doesn’t come from punishment.
It comes from awareness.
From compassion. From consistency.
From learning how to work with your body instead of against it.

Your arms aren’t the problem.
They’ve held you through stress, work, healing, and everyday life. They’ve carried groceries, hugged people you love, pushed you up off the floor, and done a thousand little things you don’t give them credit for.

So if your inner voice is harsh today, try this:
Speak to your body like it belongs to someone you care about.

And if you want to feel stronger in your arms, we can build that too, with a plan that actually feels doable and supportive.
