On Sunday, we will work with Isis and Sekmet to delve deeper into what keeps us from our truth, power and highest timeline. They are asking us to go beyond the surface level here, and truly examine our personality construct to identify the stories we tell ourselves about the origins of our limiting belief systems, behavior patterns, karmic themes, and perspectives that hold us back.

If you are coming tomorrow, please begin contemplating the questions below. Many topics may arise for examination, so come prepared with just ONE theme to work with and focus on. Where do we still feel like victims of our circumstances? What karmic theme in my life keeps repeating? Where did it originate?

Using our Divine Will, they want us to name what we want to release to the sacred fire for transmutation. It's like an offering where we willingly and intentionally release rather than asking for their guidance to identify and pull the root out of us.

We must also recognize how this release impacts our nervous system, which then needs to feel safe to rewire for this new way of being. We have to initiate the work and be courageous, but we are so loved and supported in this process.

Of course, in divine timing and total confirmation, I saw a fantastic podcast from the amazing Pamela Aaralyn yesterday where she channeled: "Contracts exist because they become comfortable identities. Freedom feels destabilizing. You don't break them through manifestation. You break them through courage and change."

The next Temple of the Cosmic Heart - a Portland based spiritual gathering with channeled meditation, light language, sound healing, and community sharing - is coming up on Sunday, March 8 at SomaSpace.

I woke up this morning with big Kali energy, which only comes forward in specific circumstances. As I tap into the collective, so much is coming to the surface right now, and we are being invited to love fiercely. We are undergoing a new, powerful wave of mass awakening at this very moment.

Please remember to hold compassion for everyone around you while each individual recalibrates to the best of their ability. Be gentle with yourselves if your nervous system feels understandably rocked. Some of you are sensitive collective processors, and it's important to put your oxygen mask on first before helping others.

This is the time we've been practicing for, so work your spiritual hygiene, self care, and nervous system support. We got this!

So with that said, I can't think of a better time to come together for heart activation, deep remembrance of our truth, and reclamation of our spiritual authority and divine sovereignty.

I was recently guided to simplify my practices and offerings, which honestly were becoming too heady. It's easy to get caught up in the thinking mind when you are in a state of expansion and trying to put new perspectives of reality into place.

The message is to simply double down on LOVE. That LOVE is the mission. It is our purpose. To bring down and bring in this infinite stream of divine LOVE that we ARE into every aspect of our lives to the best of our ability. But despite incredible downloads, visions in meditation, and my own growing gnosis, my ego still struggles wanting to create more complexity to justify that the return to, and embodiment of, LOVE is the reason for our being.

Can it really be this simple? Can LOVE really be our ultimate purpose and our mission? And spoiler alert, the answer is YES! Because if it were that easy, our world would be a very different place right now.

Sunday’s Temple of the Cosmic Heart was divine! It’s truly becoming everything I imagined when I started holding circles almost 3 years ago. Back in the days of The Goddess Collective, I used to over plan and think out every detail. I’d have notes and worksheets, a playlist with an emotional arc… I put hours and hours of thinking into the preparation. Those circles were good and educational, but I wasn’t yet trusting my ability to flow and let the space breathe. I wasn’t yet channeling in the way I do now and I didn’t fully understand the power of ceremonial sacred space and co creating with the group field.

Even a year ago, I would outline details and worry that my channeling wouldn’t come through. I would prepare just in case but it would never go as planned. It was usually much better!

Now my guides share the theme a few weeks in advance and reveal bits and pieces of the general idea as I get closer. My life will usually mirror or illustrate the theme in some way. I plan the altar out of love. It’s a creative expression that I look forward to. And now I can more easily tap into deep presence to activate my divine spark to let the guidance come through. I can feel into shifts that need to happen moment to moment. I can hold better space for sharing and reflections. I’m so proud of my growth as a facilitator.

Best of all our community is growing and strengthening, and I know we were all meant to find each other and practice together in this lifetime again. To anchor in a new way of being. To support each other on our awakening journeys. To remember our divine truth and power together.

I’m looking forward to another year of in-person gatherings and also an online version in 2026. ✨✨✨

I know December is a busy month, which is why the December 14th Temple of the Cosmic Heart is centered on the power of presence — not presents! 😉

Cultivating conscious presence and learning to work with our inner Still Point and the Zero Point field is where so much of the magic happens.

Our inner Still Point is always available in the middle of everyday life. When we practice returning to it, we open communication with the body, neutralize stress, cultivate calm, and access higher perspectives in real time. In the Still Point, we aren’t trying to fix or change anything. We’re simply inhabiting the present moment fully, allowing what arises to arise. It’s also the state where our spiritual guidance and gifts become more accessible.

The Zero Point field is most easily accessed through meditative states. It’s the place where polarity, distortion, and internal conflict dissolve. From here, we can connect to the unified field, receive quantum healing, and attune to our higher self and the deeper soul-mission-level information available to us.

To me, the Zero Point field is also the access point to the cosmic womb — the space where everything and nothing exist simultaneously. Where creation begins. Where our dreams and intentions can gather energy before taking form.

Join me on Sunday to explore these energetic states and journey into the cosmic womb to connect with what’s available to you as we close out the calendar year.

We’ll also be honoring beloved Mother Mary and the Winter Solstice with our altar.
