Smile Solution

Smile Solution Laughter was medicine when I battled with cancer. Now I share this opportunity with other “Laughter is the best medicine”.

For me, in my fight against cancer: it made all the difference. I dedicate my life to making audiences laugh and enjoy a busy career as a comedic performer. When I became sick laughter became a source of healing. This project shares my experience with others struggling through health challenges, depression and physical or emotional pain.

Had an absolute blast the other day leading a comedy workshop for an amazing group of older activists 💪❤️

These folks are out there using humor as a peaceful protest tool — speaking truth with smiles and courage. It’s inspiring to see people who turn frustration into laughter and activism into art.

Thanks everyone for this opportunity — what your group is doing is simply beautiful. ✨

"You organized the process with careful questions, clear structure, and just enough new information. The exercises you used allowed us to rapidly learn and practice exactly the skills we need. I was amazed with your flexibility in adapting to and utilizing whatever came up in the group. It was unanimous. We all at Zany Bits found the workshop to be a joyful, playful, top notch learning experience. Thank you!"

Still smiling after this workshop with the awesome team at 😄
We laughed, played, connected — and yes, even learned a few things along the way.

There’s something magical about a group that’s willing to drop the “serious face” for a moment and just be human together. That’s where real creativity and connection happen. 💪✨

Thanks for the laughs, Power Northwest crew — you guys rock!

Let’s just say… “Stefano Iaboni” has been butchered in more ways than pasta can be cooked 🍝😂
So I decided to invent a new, even harder name — because if you can laugh at yourself, you’re already halfway to success!

Have a great weekend everyone

This week’s guest:
— leadership expert, facilitator, and all-around amazing human.

We dive into what real leadership looks like — the kind that’s rooted in empathy, connection, and (you guessed it) laughter.

💡 It’s deep. It’s fun. It’s the kind of conversation that’ll leave you feeling inspired and more human.

🎥 Client Feedback Moment

Every time I receive feedback like this, I’m reminded why I do what I do.

To see a client light up, laugh, and walk away happier, more connected, and inspired—there’s nothing more rewarding.

I feel incredibly lucky and privileged to bring humor, connection, and a bit of laughter-fueled magic into workplaces.

When people tell me, “That session changed the energy in our team,” or “We haven’t laughed like that in ages,”—that’s the real win. 💛

Here’s a short video that made my day.

🎃 Happy Halloween! 👻

Today’s the one day of the year where it’s socially acceptable—no, encouraged—to be silly, weird, and wonderfully stupid.

In a world that constantly demands us to be polished, productive, and “professional,” it’s refreshing to have a day where we can drop the mask… or, ironically, put one on. 😜

So go ahead—be a zombie, a clown, or your favorite Excel spreadsheet. Laugh at yourself. Have fun. Remember that playfulness isn’t childish—it’s human.

Because perfection is exhausting… but laughter? That’s pure magic. ✨

Ever feel your energy crash mid-day? ☕💀
It’s not you—it’s biology.

Your body runs on 90–120 minute cycles called ultradian rhythms.
You hit a focus peak… then a 20-minute dip.

Most people fight it.
☕ More coffee.
💻 Push through.
😩 Feel drained by 3pm.

But research from 12 Wachovia banks found that employees who took breaks—a walk, a nap, a change of task—
✨ felt happier
💰 made 13% more in loans
🏦 and 20% more in deposits.

Breaks = strategy, not laziness.
Because recovery isn’t the opposite of work—it’s part of it. 💪

Ever notice how everyone at work has a signature stress move?
Some of us breathe… some snack… some twitch. 😂

The truth is — stress isn’t the problem. It’s how we respond to it.
And laughter? That’s one of the most powerful responses we’ve got.

Because when you laugh, you’re not escaping reality — you’re resetting it.

👉 So tell me — what’s YOUR go-to stress response?
(And if it’s “E) All of the above,” welcome to the club 😎)

Feeling all kinds of lucky 🍀 and grateful 🙏

Before I met Tim Gard, I was just a fan watching his videos and learning from afar.
Then one day… surprise! He walked into the room as a judge for a competition I was in. I almost fainted 😅

I won that competition — and since then, Tim has become not only my mentor but a true inspiration.
He’s a Hall of Fame speaker, a storytelling genius, and one of the kindest humans you’ll ever meet.

Working with Tim is one of those full-circle moments I’ll never forget. ❤️

💡 New research says laughter isn’t just fun — it’s medicine.

A recent study with frontline nurses found that just 8 sessions of laughter yoga significantly reduced stress, lowered burnout, and boosted life satisfaction.
Yes — laughter literally helped them cope better with COVID-era chaos.

Imagine what it could do for your team meetings, retreats, or wellness programs.

We spend thousands on stress management... maybe it’s time to invest in smile management. 😄

What if the secret weapon in the fight against burnout isn’t another app, email detox, or mandatory “wellness day” — but laughter yoga? A recent randomized-controlled trial suggests it just might be. The Study in a Nutshell Participants: 101 nurses caring for COVID-19 patients (51 in the lau...
