Taking care of ourselves sometimes requires tapping into our support systems and resources. It's okay to need a little, or a lot, of extra help when it comes to caring for our mental health. Sometimes this might look like calling a crisis line (like YouthLine!), going to individual therapy, speaking to a trusted adult, taking mental health medication, going to group therapy, or being hospitalized while you work towards recovery. Need support in thinking about what mental health care might look like for you? Reach out to YouthLine to talk to a peer about resources for support.

The YouthLine is a free and confidential peer-to-peer crisis and support service provided by Lines for Life.
