Wouldn't it feel great to receive a 30 minute rejuvenating massage for neck, shoulders, head, face and feet, while helping families in need? Of course it would! Please join LMTs Spyder Carneol and Chantel "Tillie" Roice on Saturday March 14th at the Elevate Health Clinic to receive your massage.

Suggested Minimum Donation: $50 - pay at time of service
Light snacks and tea will be available.

Funds raised will go to a grassroots network that is directly supporting local families with rental assistance, commissary funds for detainees to make phone calls, grocery gift cards and legal assistance. So far this network has helped 221 families with thousands of dollars since August. And the need continues. More information about the Family Support Network will be available at the event.

Hello loves! Tillie the massage therapist here. I'll be helping .hued.health to guide the circle this month! It is newly open to all genders, not just femmes and thems. For the second portion of our time together, I'll be teaching you a gentle guided self chest/breast massage (clothed) for self care and lymphatic circulation ~ all chest types are welcome- you do not need b***s to benefit! We'll also discuss the emotions, energies and vulnerabilities that are connected with this area of the body.

For the first part of our time together, .hued.health shares: "This month, our theme will be guided around the full, blood moon lunar eclipse in Pisces. Our circle will be similar to a "red tent" event where we will discuss what it means to bleed with the moon, how to tend our cycles/bodies, and how to support each other through this intense emotional energy. All beings welcome, regardless of whether you menstruate or not! Gathering together to sit with the feminine is essential for everyone's optimum health, growth, and empowerment.

We have the opportunity to join together and help guide the world back into harmony!
