According to psychology, many neurodivergent people feel exhaustion in a different way than neurotypical individuals. Psychologists explain that the sentence “I am so tired” does not always mean someone is ready to sleep. Instead, it often shows mental overload after a long day of adapting, masking, and managing sensory input.

According to psychology, neurodivergent brains use more energy in environments that are not built for them. Social rules, noise, changes, and daily decisions need constant focus and effort. Psychologists say by the end of the day, the nervous system feels drained, but the emotional need for freedom and control is still not satisfied.

Psychology research shows that rest and recovery are not the same thing. Sleep helps the body recover, but personal time helps a person feel like themselves again. According to psychology, when neurodivergent people do not get enough quiet, unplanned time to relax, the brain may delay sleep to regain a sense of control.

Psychologists say this is not self sabotage. It is a natural way to regulate after facing too many demands. The brain looks for safety, comfort, and personal choice before it can truly relax.

According to psychology, staying up late can become a way of setting boundaries when those boundaries were missing during the day. That is why late night silence can feel necessary, not optional.

Psychologists say healthy support for neurodivergent rest means respecting both needs. When personal time is protected earlier, sleep struggles often reduce on their own. The brain sleeps best when it feels accepted and free to be itself.

For 21 years, scientists in Denmark followed more than one million children to find out if vaccines cause autism. The results are clear: there is no link at all. Aluminum in vaccines, or any other ingredient, showed zero connection to autism or any long-term illness. This real-world research proves vaccines are safe and life-saving. Science doesn’t work on opinions—it works on evidence.

Minecraft is a popular sandbox game where players can build, explore, and create their own virtual worlds. But when a young autistic boy named Cameron started playing, his dad, Stuart Duncan, noticed that many autistic kids were facing unkind behavior and negativity on public servers. Parents began looking for a safe and inclusive gaming space for their children.

In 2013, Stuart launched a private Minecraft server called Autcraft, designed especially for autistic players. Only approved members can join, and everyone is treated with kindness, respect, and support. Within two days, over 750 players signed up — today, more than 17,000 gamers have played on Autcraft.

The server strengthened Stuart’s bond with his son and became a symbol of inclusive gaming, online safety, and autism awareness. Autcraft has been featured in Mojang’s The World of Minecraft and Time Magazine.

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said on Wednesday that he does not have "sufficient" evidence to link Tylenol to autism, more than a month after the White House discouraged the medicine's use by pregnant women and young children.

Evidence does not show that Kenvue's pain medicine Tylenol definitively causes autism but that it should still be used cautiously, Kennedy, President Trump's top health official, told reporters. Last month the president said U.S. health officials would recommend limiting Tylenol's use.

Kennedy's unproven claim initially hit shares of Kenvue, which was spun off from Johnson & Johnson in 2023. The claim also prompted pushback from many doctors.

Kenvue has repeatedly defended the pain medicine, saying there is no scientific link to autism and warning that such suggestions could endanger maternal health. bit.ly/3WrGv6h
